My Merch by Amazon story
I'm running my own print-on-demand business on Amazon. Meanwhile, the business is fully-automated and my co-workers are working 100% remotely.
I manage and mentor a team of five graphic designers and do research and SEO listing writing.
Imagine this. You get home from work and relax on your couch while you are checking the latest Merch by Amazon design sales. Only now are you becoming aware of a very special design that has been sold more than 200 times in Japan and the USA within 2 hours!
Still speechless and nervous at the same time, I tried to analyze any possible and understandable explanation for this winning design. The only insight I could detect was a virtually held conference called 'The B Word' with attendances like Elon Musk.
The next morning, 1,200 additional sales allowed my heart beat faster with excitement. And the many news and blog posts let me endlessly cheer! Elon Musk was wearing my Merch by Amazon T-shirt design!
